The proof of marketing of fruit and vegetables under the coupled support schemes will be possible until the end of January 2019

In the period from 2 to 31 January 2019, farmers who applied under Campaign 2018 for the coupled support schemes for fruit and vegetables and for vegetables – greenhouse production must submit a declaration using the approved template and provide documents proving minimum yields and the marketing of the produced output.

The approved template of the electronic list of the documents proving the marketing of the produced output is available for download and completion on the website of SF „Agriculture“. At the same place, the instructions for completion are also published. The file allows for creating a list of up to 100 rows. If necessary, farmers may request a larger file allowing for the creation of more rows from the regional structures of the Fund. When completing the attached file, rows must not be merged, worksheets must not be added, and in no way may the format of the specified table be changed.

The completed list using the approved template shall be submitted by 31 January 2019 in electronic and paper form, accompanied by copies of the listed documents. They shall be deposited at the regional directorates of the State Fund Agriculture according to the applicant’s permanent address – for natural persons, and the registered office address of the applicant – for legal entities or sole traders.

Applicants under the coupled support schemes for fruit and vegetables who have not submitted a declaration and a list using the template approved by the Executive Director of SF „Agriculture“ for the output produced in the year of application, as well as documents proving its marketing within the period under Article 32 of Ordinance No 3 of 17.02.2015, shall not be eligible for support.
