Documents for the realization of fruits and vegetables shall be submitted by the end of January 2018

From 2 to 31 January 2018, farmers who have applied under the schemes for coupled support for fruit, vegetables and for vegetables – greenhouse production must prove minimum yields and marketing of the produced output. For this purpose, they must submit a declaration using the standard form and provide documents to the State Fund “Agriculture”.

The completed inventory list using the standard form shall be submitted by 31 January 2018 in electronic and hard copy, accompanied by certified copies of the listed documents. They shall be submitted to the regional offices of the State Fund Agriculture at the permanent address of the applicant – natural person, or at the registered office of the company, if the beneficiary is a legal entity or a sole trader. When filling in the attached file, rows shall not be merged, worksheets shall not be added, and the format of the given table shall in no way be altered.

In the declaration, an area on which the respective crop is grown may be indicated only up to the size of the area applied for support in Campaign 2017 under the schemes for fruit, vegetables and vegetables – greenhouse production.

The aid is determined per hectare, taking into account the requirement for minimum yield, pursuant to Annex No 5 to Ordinance No 3 of 17.02.2015. Applicants under the schemes for coupled support for fruit and vegetables who have not submitted, within the specified deadlines, a declaration and an inventory list using the approved standard form for the output produced and marketed during the year of application shall not be eligible for support.
