The dark field click beetle is found everywhere in our country. It attacks tomatoes, cabbage, peppers, eggplant, lettuce, wheat, barley, corn, potatoes, carnations, asters, and others.
The adult insect is black-brown, 7.5-9 mm long, and the larva is yellow-brown, 22 mm long. The complete development cycle lasts from 4 to 5 years.
