SAE and NIK announce the conclusion of a partnership agreement

Sumi Agro Europe Ltd, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation (hereinafter “SAE”) and the group of companies NIK (hereinafter “NIK”).

SAE and NIK announce the conclusion of a partnership agreement aimed at expanding and implementing business precision agriculture solutions in the Balkans (with a focus on Bulgaria and Romania) and more broadly in Europe and the CIS (particularly in Ukraine, Russia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, France and Germany). The objective is to achieve synergy and innovation by combining the core competences of the two companies: NIK’s many years of experience and operational know-how in the field of precision agriculture, as well as SAE’s extensive business platforms and assets for the distribution of agricultural inputs. The opportunity for sharing knowledge and experience between the two companies would improve the productivity of agricultural holdings and will support the process of implementing precision agriculture solutions among the clients of Summit Agro and NIK.
