Balanced nutrition in vegetable crops for obtaining quality produce

On 20 April 2018, in the city of Pleven, a joint information meeting-seminar will be held by the NAAS (Territorial Regional Office – Pleven) and the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) – Regional Directorate for Food Safety (RDFS) – Pleven on the topic: “Balanced nutrition in vegetable crops for obtaining quality production”.

At the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Margarita Nikolova, PhD – adjunct lecturer, will acquaint the guests with the management of nutrition in vegetable crops for increasing the efficiency of the fertilizers used and improving fertilization efficiency by ensuring balanced nutrition of vegetable crops.

Yuri Tashkov, Head of the „Plant Protection“ Department at the Regional Directorate for Food Safety – Pleven, will present to the participants in the seminar the good plant protection practices.

Experts from the Territorial Regional Office of NAAS – Pleven will explain to the audience the opportunities for support under the measures of the RDP 2014–2020 for vegetable producers.

The event will take place in the city of Pleven, 1 "Vasil Levski" Str., 3rd floor, in the hall of the TRO – Pleven at NAAS
