Lebosol Dünger GmbH held its annual exchange of experience on 18 and 19 October between the agri-specialists of its subsidiary companies. This year, the host of the event was the team of Lebosol Bulgaria.
The two-day working meeting, held at the Riu Resort Pravets Hotel, was attended by the company’s agronomists from Russia, Romania, Bulgaria and Germany. The topics discussed included all problems and situations that farmers encountered in the field during the past 2017, as well as the solutions for their correction that Lebosol’s specialists adopted according to the specific needs of the crops.
Further discussion focused on the various courses of action in relation to adverse climatic changes and the most effective possible measures that must be taken in order for the farming year to be as successful as possible and with the highest results.
The German specialists acquainted their colleagues with the latest products in the Lebosol portfolio, some of which will be available on the Bulgarian market as early as the beginning of the next farming year.
The leading advantages of the following products were presented: Sulphur 800 OD (which successfully repels field rodents), MangAmino (containing: 160 g/l Mn, 95 g/l S, 1 g/l Zn and Aminosol), QuadroMaxS SC (80 g/l Cu, 125 g/l Mn, 100 g/l Zn and 305 g/l S), FruitMix (containing magnesium: 350 g/l, manganese: 75 g/l and zinc: 65 g/l), Solidus SC (95 g/l B, 60 g/l Zn), ZitroS (citric acid which, when added as the first product in the sprayer, lowers the pH of the spray water and eliminates alkaline hydrolysis) and others.
The greatest interest among the agronomists was shown in Lebosol Silicon (Si). In addition to the important role it plays in various processes related to stress in the plant organism, this product will be a successful solution for:
- drought or soil salinisation
- severe toxicity resulting from metals
- pathogens
- nutritional disorders
- ensuring a balance between the nutrient elements
- balancing the uptake of other nutrients by the plants
Various options were also discussed for supporting the successful development of plants in fruit growing, vegetable production, viticulture, essential oil crops and others.
Mr. Husein Ahriev, Managing Director of Lebosol Bulgaria, highly evaluated the company’s results achieved during its 7-year presence on the Bulgarian market, expressing confidence that his team will successfully handle all possible situations in the field and emphasizing the trust that the company has built among Bulgarian farmers. For his part, Henning Jaworski, Chief Agronomist Engineer of Lebosol Dünger GmbH, expressed gratitude to the Bulgarian team for the experience that the German colleagues have the opportunity to draw upon in relation to the work of Lebosol Bulgaria under conditions of an unfavourable meteorological environment, which is inevitably expected to occur in Germany in the coming years.
The host of the next exchange in 2018 will be the company’s subsidiary in Romania.
