General principles of integrated plant protection

On 13 October 2017 in the town of Silistra a joint information meeting-seminar of the NAAS (Territorial Regional Office - Silistra) and the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) - Regional Food Safety Directorate (RFSD) - Silistra will be held on the topic: „General principles of integrated plant protection. Good practices in the use of fertilizers and plant protection products”.

At the event, Adriyan Angelov, Head of the „Plant Protection“ Department at RFSD - Silistra will acquaint farmers with the integrated pest management in agricultural crops.

Adriyan Angelov will also present to the guests the safe application of pesticides in the agricultural holding, as well as the keeping of records.

Experts from the Territorial Regional Office of NAAS - Silistra will explain to the participants in the seminar the opportunities for support to farmers during the 2014–2020 programming period.

The event will take place in the town of Silistra, 49 Simeon Veliki Street, building of the Art Gallery (entrance to the Puppet Theatre), Conference Hall of the Regional Information Centre (RIC) - Silistra.
