Ставки и изравнително плащане за обвързано подпомагане на плодове и зеленчуци за Кампания 2016

By Order of Rumen Porozhanov, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, dated 07.06.2017, the amount of payment per eligible hectare under the schemes for coupled support for production and support for fruit, vegetables and vegetables (greenhouse production) for Campaign 2016 has been determined. The State Fund Agriculture transferred 12,080,000 leva to the accounts of gardeners and greenhouse producers under the schemes for coupled support for fruit and vegetables.

The payment rates per eligible hectare in the three areas are determined by Order No RD 09-442 of 7 June 2017 of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.

Under the Scheme for Coupled Support for Fruit, the determined rate is 1,342.66 leva per hectare;

Under the Scheme for Coupled Support for Vegetables, the approved rate amounts to 1,080.51 leva per hectare;

Under the Scheme for Coupled Support for Vegetables (greenhouse production), the rate amounts to 8,912.77 leva per hectare.

The State Fund „Agriculture“ transferred 12,080,000 leva under the schemes for coupled support linked to production for fruit and vegetables from Campaign 2016. The funds credited to the accounts of nearly 14,000 farmers constitute an equalizing additional payment of the support which gardeners and greenhouse producers received at the end of March. The additional payment was made after completion of the administrative checks of the documents of applicants for the marketing of their produced output.

The additional payment under the Scheme for Coupled Support for Fruit (SP) amounts to 7,123,000 leva. Under the Scheme for Coupled Support for Vegetables (SZ), 4,228,000 leva have been transferred, and under the Scheme for Coupled Support for Vegetables – Greenhouse Production (SZo) – 729,000 leva. The payment rates per eligible hectare in the three areas are determined by Order No RD 09-442 of 7 June 2017 of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.

Together with the subsidies paid in March under the three schemes, the total amount for coupled production support reached nearly 77 million leva.
