Nutrient management of fruit and vegetable crops for obtaining high-quality produce

On 19 May 2017, in the town of Vratsa, a joint information meeting-seminar will be held by NAAS (Territorial Regional Office - Vratsa), the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) - Regional Food Safety Directorate (RFSD) and the University of Forestry - Sofia on the topic: “Management of the nutrition of fruit and vegetable crops for obtaining quality production”

At the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Margarita Nikolova, PhD - University of Forestry, Sofia, will acquaint the guests with the management of the nutrition of fruit and vegetable crops to increase the efficiency of the fertilizers used.

Assoc. Prof. Margarita Nikolova, PhD, will also present to the attendees how to increase the efficiency of fertilization by ensuring balanced nutrition of fruit and vegetable crops.

Latinka Dicheva – Chief Expert at the Regional Food Safety Directorate (RFSD) - Vratsa will acquaint the participants in the seminar with good plant protection practices.

The experts from the Territorial Regional Office of NAAS - Vratsa will explain to farmers the various possibilities for support under the measures of the RDP 2014-2020 for producers of vegetable and fruit crops.

The event will take place in the town of Vratsa, 78 "Hristo Botev" Blvd., 2nd floor, NAAS hall - TRO Vratsa
