Summer Internships in Crop Production

Under the 2017 Programme for Summer Student Internships in the State Administration, 17 internship vacancies have been announced in the professional field of crop production. The deadline for application is 23 April 2017.

This year, there will also be open positions for summer internships for students in the field of agriculture. The National Agricultural Advisory Service is seeking interns in various parts of the country (Pleven, Gabrovo, Kyustendil, Sapareva Banya, Yambol, Elhovo, Veliko Tarnovo). One vacancy has been announced in the professional field of crop production at the Centre for the Promotion of Cooperation in the Field of Agriculture between China and the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The General Directorate „Agricultural Development”, Regional Directorate „Agriculture” Sofia-City, Sofia is also announcing one vacancy. The Regional Food Safety Directorate - Pernik is looking for two interns for the summer. Two more positions are offered for students at the Municipal Administration, „Trakia” District, Plovdiv Municipality, Plovdiv.

The eligibility requirements for application are that the persons submitting applications must be students with uninterrupted rights, currently enrolled in a higher education institution in the country or abroad. The procedure for the selection of interns in the state administration is divided into several steps: a profile and test on the portal, which is loaded upon selecting the first internship position, followed by an interview and final ranking for the chosen vacancy.

Only 4 days remain until the completion of the application period under the Programme. In total, students can choose from over 1,200 internships in 43 professional fields. The Programme is focused on acquiring practical experience, new professional skills and familiarisation with the state administration.
