Changes in the schedule for direct payments for the 2015 campaign

Indicative schedule for the execution of payments under the direct payment schemes and measures prepared by the State Fund "Agriculture"

On January 7, 2016, the State Fund "Agriculture" published an updated and indicative* schedule for the upcoming authorizations under the direct payment schemes and measures for the 2015 campaign, which will be carried out during the current year 2016. The schedule also accounts for payments made in the period October - December 2015. It is aligned with the national budget and the technical time required for the various processing stages that the aid applications go through.

One of the significant changes in the updated schedule is the newly set deadline for starting authorizations (April 20-30) for the Payment Scheme for agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and the environment - Green Direct Payments (GDP). We remind you that the Green Direct Payments were initially planned for the period May-June 2016.

Measure 11 (RDP 2014-2020) - Organic Farming will start at the end of the next month (February 22-26). The schemes for coupled support for fruits (CSF), for vegetables (CSV), and for greenhouse vegetable production (CSGV) will begin authorization between March 1 and 10, 2016.

It is important to know that investment projects are complex and require at least 4-5 months of in-depth preparation to be developed and prepared for financing. This means that those wishing to receive financing can start preparing the documents immediately.

* The schedule for carrying out authorizations is indicative. Final authorization of applications will be performed after the procedure for resolving double-declared areas has been completed, the deadline for submitting objections regarding the "Areas Eligible for Support" layer has expired, and a final layer has been prepared by June 30 in accordance with Article 75, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
