Documents will be submitted to the regional directorates of the SFA by January 31, 2016, at the permanent address of individuals and at the management address of legal entities or sole traders.
The State Fund Agriculture officially announced on January 4 that throughout January, agricultural producers applying under the coupled support schemes for fruits and vegetables and greenhouse vegetable production can submit a declaration form and provide documents proving minimum yields and sales of the produced output.
The declaration will indicate the area on which the respective crop was cultivated, but only up to the size of the area declared for support under the schemes for fruits, vegetables, and greenhouse vegetable production in the submitted overall application for support – Campaign 2015. The aid is determined per hectare, taking into account the minimum yield requirement, according to Appendix No. 5 of Regulation 3 of 17.02.2015. The management of the SFA and the MAF undertook the commitment that the subsidies under the coupled support schemes for fruits and vegetables will be transferred to farmers at the beginning of March, after the administration processes their documents.
To prove minimum yields, one of the following sales documents is used:
- Invoices for purchased produce;
- Weighbridge tickets;
- Warehouse receipts;
- Purchase-sale contracts;
- Acceptance-delivery protocols.
