Practical example of the possibilities for automating irrigation, precision fertilization and climate control in peaches and asparagus

On 24.06.2025 (Tuesday) at 11:00 a.m., in the peach and asparagus plantations of the agricultural holding of “Peach Valley” Ltd., a seminar will be held on the topic: “Practical example of the possibilities for automation of irrigation, precision fertilization and climate control in peaches and asparagus”.

During the seminar, the participants will become acquainted on site at an agricultural holding with good practices for automation of irrigation and for the application of precision fertilization and climate control in a vegetable garden with asparagus and an orchard with peaches. The benefits of implementing such technologies for sustainable resource management will also be presented.

In the second part of the seminar, the attendees will be informed about the current opportunities for support to farmers under interventions from the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas (SPDAR) 2023-2027, as well as about the advisory services provided by the NAAS.

The organizers of the seminar are the National Agricultural Advisory Service (Territorial Regional Office – Sliven) and a Bulgarian organization providing IT solutions in the field of agriculture.
