Only until November 15 vine growers can apply for assistance for pest control in vines of the genus Vitis

Until 15 November 2024, farmers producing wine and table grapes may apply for support under the state aid scheme „Aid for compensating the costs of farmers related to the implementation of measures under the National Programme of measures for preventing the spread and control of pests in vine (genus Vitis)“.

The budget of the state aid for 2024 is BGN 5,000,000.

By 10 December, the State Fund „Agriculture“ will disburse the financial aid under the scheme.

The support aims to compensate part of the expenses incurred by farmers for the purchase of plant protection products against vine pests.

The maximum aid intensity is up to 100% of the costs for purchasing plant protection products used for the control and limitation of the spread of pests in vine (genus Vitis), but not more than BGN 600/ha, VAT included.
