The NASC prepares free project applications for young farmers applying under sub-measure 6.1. "Start-up aid for young farmers" of the new Rural Development Programme 2014-2020.

On May 3, 2015, the publication in the State Gazette of the application conditions for sub-measure 6.1 "Start-up aid for young farmers" of the RDP 2014-2020 was announced.

For your convenience, we present the full text of Regulation No. 14: "Start-up aid for young farmers"

In connection with the new regulation, the National Agricultural Advisory Service (NAAS) launched a free campaign for preparing project applications for young farmers applying under sub-measure 6.1.

Consultations will be carried out in each of the service's offices across the country and will cover the following services:

  • a package of free advisory assistance necessary for the successful implementation of the business plan and the development of the holding;
  • a free business plan and application form prepared in accordance with the requirements of the RDP 2014-2020 and the Regulation on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of sub-measure 6.1. "Start-up aid for young farmers";
  • support and free advisory services throughout the entire period of implementation of the business plan and the activities of the holding in the fields of crop production, animal husbandry, and agricultural economics;

Within the framework of the RDP 2007-2013, the service successfully prepared over 16,800 project applications for support under various measures of the Programme.
