Demonstration and tasting of Bulgarian vegetable varieties at RIMC “Maritsa”

On 30 July (Tuesday) from 09:00 a.m. a demonstration and tasting of Bulgarian vegetable varieties, developed at the Maritsa Vegetable Crops Research Institute in Plovdiv, will take place.

Demo Day at VCRI “Maritsa” – the Tastes of Bulgaria includes a demonstration of precision agriculture technologies and trials with biostimulants. Lectures will introduce you to the traditions in vegetable crop breeding at the institute and will clarify the difference between regenerative and organic farming.

A culinary stand with different vegetable varieties awaits you.
