Efficiency and selectivity of herbicides in medicinal and aromatic plants – oil-producing rose and lavender

On June 20th in Kazanlak, the Institute of Roses and Essential Oil Crops (IREMK) will hold a seminar on the topic: „Efficacy and Selectivity of Herbicides in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants – Oil-bearing Rose and Lavender".

During the seminar, participants will be informed about the use of new herbicides, their effectiveness and selectivity in the process of creating and growing medicinal and aromatic plants such as oil-bearing rose and lavender. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe the effectiveness of their application on-site.

The expected conditions for support under the interventions „Start-up aid for the establishment of young farmers“ and „Support for very small farms“ from the Strategic Plan for Agricultural and Rural Development (SPARD) 2023 - 2027 will be presented.
