Field Day – Wheat and Barley 2024

„Dobrudzha Union of Grain Producers“, „Markeli“ Union of Grain Producers“ and “Union of Grain Producers from Burgas Region” are organizing the demo platform „Field Day – Wheat and Barley 2024“, which will take place in the town of Balgarovo, Karnobat, from May 28 to 30.

This year, the festival will also reach the Burgas region, gathering farmers in a huge forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience.

This year's highlights of the event will be digitalization in agriculture and the upcoming harvest campaign.

„Field Day“ will offer an opportunity to discuss important topics in the agricultural sector and present new technologies and products, with the second day of the event being entirely dedicated to the topic „AgroHub.BG for the benefit of grain producers“, with the participation of experts from the European Digital Innovation Hub AgroHub.BG.

On May 30, the newly built demo point in the vineyard of “Vinex Slavyantsi”, located between the village of Slavyantsi and the town of Sungurlare on main road "7306", will be officially opened. It is part of the technological infrastructure of the European Digital Innovation Hub AgroHub.BG, which is being built on the territory of Bulgaria, within the framework of the AgroDigiRise project with a focus on precision agriculture of the EDIC AgroHub.BG.

Syngenta, Rapool, Pesticide, Lidea, SK Sadovo, Leader Consulting, KWS, ECOFOL, Timac Agro, Tempex, Inovex, NIK, Plant's Soul, Österreichische Hagelversicherung (Agriculture Insurance Company), GrainStore, Euro Fert, Veles-Agro, UPL, Meteobot, SmartAgro Bulgaria, Balea, Lumbreko.

The program of the new edition is diverse and offers an opportunity to discuss important topics in the agricultural sector, present new technologies and products, and create connections between producers and suppliers.

The event near Dobrich, traditional for the last two years, will take place from July 23 to 25 in the land of the village of Pop Grigorovo.
