Arysta LifeScience Europe announces its new organizational structure

Paris (May 2015) – Arysta LifeScience Europe announced its new organizational structure, which will allow it to leverage its scale and accelerate the company's growth in this key market. The new European management structure, which becomes effective immediately, aims to further enhance the company's efficiency by capitalizing on long-term growth opportunities.
José Nobre, the new President of Arysta LifeScience's European Business Unit, stated: "I am eager to realize the unique growth opportunities that have arisen from bringing Arysta LifeScience, Chemtura AgroSolutions, and Agriphar under one roof. Our newly formed company, Arysta LifeScience, has a heightened focus on high-growth areas, and with our industry-leading portfolio of active ingredients and registrations, we believe we are in an ideal position to continue developing solutions for the continuously evolving needs of farmers in Europe."
The company states that it can now offer all its customers a much more comprehensive portfolio of crop protection products, seed treatment, bioproducts, biostimulants, innovative nutrition products, and adjuvants.
The new leadership team that will head the European Business Unit includes: Paul Thompson - Head of Research and Development, Joseph Mikhirina – Marketing Director, Guy de Floberville – Distribution and Subcontractor Relations Director, Hildo Brilleman - Head of Central and Eastern Europe, Gilles Cerutti – Operations and Supply Director, Wim van de Velde – Chief Financial Officer, Guillaume de Gaillard – General Counsel for the Ag Division and Michel Biri – Human Resources.
Arysta LifeScience's new integration team is working to build a unified customer-facing structure by the end of this year, to be ready for operation for the new marketing and sales season starting in 2016.
"Our global coverage and strong presence in Europe, with sales exceeding $450 million, 14 subsidiaries, and two world-class product formulation and packaging facilities, will guarantee us the necessary flexibility to meet the needs of local customers and provide them with growth opportunities from which we can all benefit," noted José Nobre.
