How to complete an application under intervention “Restructuring and conversion of vineyards”

State Fund „Agriculture“ (SFA) has published instructions for completing and submitting an application for support under the intervention „Restructuring and Conversion of Vineyards“, in connection with the intake launched on 16 October 2023, pursuant to Art. 5, para. 1 of Ordinance No. 14 of 11.09.2023 on the conditions and procedures for granting financial aid under interventions in the wine sector, included in the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas for the period 2023-2027.

The budget under the intervention for this specific intake amounts to BGN 21,322,171.03.

The application can be finalized after entering the data from the Vineyard Register, which will be possible at a later stage. SFA will duly inform applicants when they will be able to finalize their applications.

Applicants under the interventions in the wine sector shall submit documents for financial support solely through the Electronic Services System (ESS) using a qualified electronic signature (QES).

The deadline for submission of applications under the intervention "Restructuring and Conversion of Vineyards" from the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas for the period 2023 – 2027 has been extended until 30 November 2023.

The possibility to apply under the intervention for the activity „Purchase of grape harvesters, trailed equipment for vineyard cultivation and other machines for monitoring and cultivation that are not means of transport“ is discontinued.

The amendments entered into force on 07.11.2023 with the amendment of Ordinance No. 14 of 2023 on the conditions and procedures for granting financial aid under interventions in the wine sector, included in the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas for the period 2023 – 2027.

Submission of applications under the intervention "Restructuring and Conversion of Vineyards" is carried out through the Electronic Services System of SF „Agriculture“.
