Tomato tasting

Would you like to taste tomatoes this Thursday at the new greengrocer’s shop for imaginative chefs with a cult for quality “Season”?

We are looking for volunteer tasters to take part in a “sensory evaluation” of traditional tomato varieties that are part of the #harnesstom collection.

For about 15–20 minutes each participant will taste several varieties (within a blind test) and will fill in a short questionnaire.

In one place, enthusiasts and professionals (breeders, farmers, chefs) will gather to discuss tomatoes — their characteristics, cultivation practices, culinary potential and other topics.
