Delegation from EIT Food at a meeting with students, business, and science at the Agricultural University - Plovdiv

A delegation from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology in the agri-food sector (EIT Food), led by the Institute’s Chief Executive Officer Dr. Andy Zynga, will visit the Agricultural University – Plovdiv on 22 May. An exhibition of Bulgarian start-up companies from the sector will also be organized during the event.

The delegation, led by EIT Food’s Chief Executive Officer Dr. Andy Zynga, will meet with the innovation ecosystem from the region at the invitation of the Agricultural University – Plovdiv, which, together with the Varna-based organization RAPIV, are the official representatives of the European Institute in Bulgaria. The topic of the meeting is "Innovation in the agri-food sector – building synergy for better opportunities".

The event will take place at 11:00 a.m. on 22 May 2023 at the Agricultural University – Plovdiv, Auditorium II, and from 10:00 a.m.

Visitors will be able to view the exhibition stands of Bulgarian start-ups. The meeting is open to all interested attendees.

The working language of the meeting is English.
