'The Law on Supporting Agricultural Producers'

The Law on Supporting Agricultural Producers, following the latest amendments and supplements published in State Gazette No. 12 of February 13, 2015, will be published in issue No. 3 of the "Plant Protection" magazine. The focus of the document is the Rural Development Programme for the new programming period 2014-2020. It regulates the establishment of an Agricultural Advisory System, incorporating the existing National Agricultural Advisory Service and other entities providing agricultural advice. The system will be supported by the scientific institutes of the Agricultural Academy and specialized higher education institutions.

The regulation on state support for agricultural production has been signed. Interested parties will be able to familiarize themselves with the provisions and the procedure for the establishment and development of local markets, the new legal framework of the State "Agriculture" Fund, and the regulatory framework for fuels.

Alongside the full text of the LAW ON SUPPORTING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS, the luxury edition contains ORDINANCE No. 2 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of February 17, 2015, on the eligibility criteria for agricultural areas for support under schemes and area payment measures. ORDINANCE No. 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of February 17, 2015, regulates the conditions and procedure for applying the direct payment schemes.
