Proof of realization under the coupled support for fruit and vegetables for campaign 2022

As of 1 December, agricultural producers who have applied under the coupled support schemes for fruit and vegetables and for vegetables – greenhouse production for Campaign 2022 must submit documents proving the marketing of their production. The marketing of fruit and vegetables may also be verified through the Electronic Services System (ESS).

Submission of the declaration and the electronic list of documents for marketing under the schemes CS main group, CS plums and dessert grapes, VS–PPCC, VS–pepper, VS–SMFP and VSo shall be carried out in the period from 1.12.2022 to 23.12.2022 and from 09.01.2023 to 17.01.2023 in the “Implementation of Support Schemes and Measures” (ISSM) Departments in the Regional Directorates of the State Fund “Agriculture”. The required documents under the listed schemes must be issued in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.

As of 9 January 2023, applicants under the VS – POG scheme (potatoes, onions and garlic) will be able to submit the declaration and the electronic list of documents for marketed production under the scheme. Documents will be accepted until 8.02.2023 in the “Implementation of Support Schemes and Measures” (ISSM) Departments in the Regional Directorates of the State Fund “Agriculture”. The documents for marketed production under the VS–POG scheme must be issued in the period from 01.02.2022 to 31.01.2023.

Applicants under the coupled support schemes for fruit and vegetables who have not provided and signed the required declaration and list according to the template approved by the Executive Director of the State Fund “Agriculture” for the production obtained by them, as well as copies of the documents proving its marketing in the period under Art. 32 of Ordinance No 3 of 17.02.2015, shall not be eligible for support.

The marketing of fruit and vegetables may also be verified through the Electronic Services System (ESS)

The State Fund “Agriculture” – Paying Agency (SFA–PA) provides the opportunity to applicants under the coupled support schemes for fruit and vegetables for Campaign 2022 to prove the production (fruit and vegetables) they have obtained and marketed also electronically through the Electronic Services System (ESS).

Each farmer with an active registration in the ESS may enter and send to IACS electronic information from the accounting documents with which to prove the fruit and vegetable production obtained and marketed by them after completing the electronic list in the ESS. The system has been developed with the aim of facilitating farmers and minimizing errors when completing the previously accessible electronic list.
