Book for the Tulip

The anniversary edition 130 Years University Botanical Gardens was published on 5 May.

130 Years – University Botanical Gardens

The specially created book, which contains educational, scientific and hobby information, can be purchased at the information and ticket offices of the three botanical gardens – Sofia, Varna and Balchik.

In it you can find various topics regarding the species diversity of tulips, as well as their cultivation, storage and care during the active flowering season.

Flower enthusiasts

With the warming of the weather, every amateur gardener begins to take intensive care of their flower garden. If you would like ideas on how to arrange your flower beds and learn about new developments in the selection, planting and cultivation of plants, you can visit the nursery of the University Botanical Garden in Sofia on Saturday, 14 May, where you will receive free consultations and advice for your flowers.

In the garden you will find a variety of seasonal flowers such as geraniums, petunias, tagetes, impatiens, portulaca, gazanias, begonias and many others.
