Spring drought – how should we apply nitrogen fertilization to rapeseed and wheat now?

The cold and dry spring days of 2022 and the shortage of nitrogen fertilizers place domestic agricultural producers in a difficult situation – when to carry out spring top dressing, and with what to perform it?
