Technological specifics in the cultivation of perennial crops by the method of organic production

On 19 March 2021 at 10:00 a.m. an online information seminar will be held, organized by NAAS (Territorial Office – Montana) and the Agricultural University – Plovdiv on the topic: “Technological specificities in the cultivation of perennial crops under organic production methods”

The main topics of the seminar will include a presentation by Yordan Yordanov from the Agroecological Centre of the Agricultural University – Plovdiv, who will present to all interested parties the technological specificities in the cultivation of perennial crops under organic production methods. At the event, an expert from the Territorial Office – Montana at NAAS will also explain the opportunities for support to farmers under sub-measure 2.1.2 “Advisory services for small agricultural holdings” of Measure 2 “Advisory services for farm management and farm relief services” of the RDP 2014 - 2020.

The event is organized by the National Agricultural Advisory Service (Territorial Office – Montana) and the Fruit Growing Institute – Plovdiv and aims at disseminating knowledge and information regarding agrotechnical practices leading to the production of clean food and the optimal use of resources.
