Plant protection in potato production – seminar

On 24 November 2020 at 10:00 a.m. an online information seminar will be held, organized by NAAS (Territorial District Office (TDO) – Blagoevgrad) and the Experimental Station for Potatoes and Mountain Agriculture – Samokov at the Agricultural Academy, on the topic: "Plant Protection in Potato Production".

During the seminar, Chief Assistant Violeta Blagoeva from the Experimental Station for Potatoes and Mountain Agriculture – Samokov will acquaint the participants with the economically important diseases and pests in potatoes and the implementation of successful control measures against them. At the end of the meeting, a lecturer from the TDO of NAAS in the town of Blagoevgrad will present the opportunities for support to farmers under sub-measure 2.1.2 "Advisory services for small farms" under Measure 2 "Advisory services, farm management services and farm relief services" of the RDP 2014–2020.
